n-All no-shows or tours cancelled within 48 hours of check-in time is a 100% charge of full fare.
n-There is a late rescheduling fee (24 hours prior to check in) of $15 per person.
n-Sisters Grimm Ghost Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any guest that disrupts the tour. No refunds will be issued.
n-All tour routes are subject to change due to weather, events and road closures.
n🛑 Passenger Policy: 🛑
n-Children 12 and under: This tour is recommended for 13 and older. However we will allow (with parents permission) for kids 8 and older to attend. We however will NOT allow children 7 and under to participate on the bus due to liability. If a small child is brought on the tour your tickets will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.
n-No smoking is allowed on or off the bus.
n-Our tour buses are not handicap accessible
n-No video or voice recording of the tour is permitted on the tour.
n-We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or group that is loud & rowdy, interrupts the tour, or causes commotion on the bus. Guest/groups will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
n-Tour does involve some walking. The longest stretch of walking will be inside of a cemetery, Please wear appropriate shoes. During the warm months of the year we also recommend bringing some mosquito spray for the cemetery.
