These terms apply to your use of tourstomorrow.com, run by Adventure Tours Hawaii, LLC (“Tours Tomorrow,” “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Tours Tomorrow is

Tours Tomorrow is a directory and marketplace for tours and activities run by independent operators. We don’t run any tours ourselves, and we aren’t a party to your booking.

Bookings are with the operator

When you book, you’re buying directly from the tour operator through FareHarbor’s booking system. The operator is responsible for the tour, its safety, and its pricing, cancellation, refund and weather policies, which are shown during checkout. FareHarbor’s terms for customers and the operator’s own terms (including any waivers) apply to your booking. For changes or refunds, contact the operator.

Commissions

We earn a commission from operators on bookings made through our site. You pay the same price as booking with the operator directly.

Information on the site

Tour descriptions, photos, prices and availability come from operators and are refreshed regularly, and some descriptions are written with the help of AI from the operator’s information. We work to keep it accurate but can’t guarantee it’s complete or current. The booking calendar is the source of truth for price and availability; check details with the operator if something matters to you.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• scrape, copy or republish the site’s content in bulk;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or overload it with automated requests;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

The Tours Tomorrow name, logo and site design belong to us. Tour content and photos belong to their operators.

Links to other sites

We link to operators’ websites, FareHarbor and other services. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tours and activities can involve risk; it’s up to you and the operator to decide whether a tour is right for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tours Tomorrow isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything arising from a tour or an operator’s acts or omissions. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top; continuing to use the site means you accept them.
