Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Adventure Tours Hawaii, LLC (“Tours Tomorrow,” “we”) collects when you use tourstomorrow.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Usage data. Like most websites, our servers log requests (IP address, browser, pages visited, time). We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits, the pages people view, roughly where they’re browsing from, and whether they start a booking.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
  • Booking details. We don’t take bookings or payments ourselves (see below), but FareHarbor may share limited details of bookings made through our site, such as the tour, date and amount, so operators can pay our commission.

We don’t have user accounts and we don’t ask for your name or address.

Bookings and payments

When you check availability or book, the calendar and checkout are provided by FareHarbor on behalf of the tour operator. The details you enter there (name, contact information, payment card) go to FareHarbor and the operator, not to us, and are covered by the FareHarbor privacy statement and the operator’s own policies.

How we use information

  • To run, secure and improve the site, and to understand which tours people find useful.
  • To reply to your messages.
  • To track commissions owed to us by operators.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Google, which provides our analytics.
  • Our hosting providers, which store the site and its logs.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services. The FareHarbor booking calendar may set its own cookies. Our only cookie of our own is a sign-in cookie for our staff when they manage the site.

Browser privacy signals

Because we don’t sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals don’t change how the site works: there’s nothing for them to opt you out of.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing (we don’t sell or share it for advertising). Email hello@tourstomorrow.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

Retention and security

We keep server logs and analytics data only as long as they’re useful for running the site, and emails as long as needed to help you. We use HTTPS and limit access to the people who run the site.

Where your information is processed

The site is run from the United States, and the information described here is stored and processed there.

Children

Tours Tomorrow isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
