Wakeboard boat lessons and charters are reserved exclusively for your scheduled time.

• 24+ hours before departure: Full refund or reschedule.
n• 12–24 hours before departure: 50% refund or one-time reschedule, subject to availability.
n• Less than 12 hours, late cancellations, or no-shows: No refund.

Weather or unsafe water conditions are determined by Kiteboarding North Padre Island. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Guests must arrive on time and follow all captain/instructor safety instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or end service without refund for intoxication, unsafe behavior, refusal to follow safety instructions, or conditions that make participation unsafe.
