Sharing the adventure of childbirth can be both exciting and mystifying,
the more knowledge you have the less mystery there will be!

Classes are one day classes. The basics childbirth class will prepare you
for labor, birth and beyond. You will learn some relaxation and breathing,
as well as other alternatives for pain relief. All childbirth classes include
a tour of Seton’s labor and delivery unit where you will see a labor and delivery
suite and a postpartum room for the remainder of your stay.

The Baby care basics class is a 3 hour class that will leave you feeling more comfortable
about caring for your newborn baby. We will discuss newborn appearances and
behaviors, daily care and feeding.

Sign up is easy and can all be done right here on the website. Go to the menu at the
top of the page and drop down the classes tab, you’ll see OBGYN Group or Women in Partners.
Choose the office where your Doctor practices. Once there, click
the online signup graphic to pick a date and pay for your class! You can also go directly
