Guided Kayak Tour

You'll glide across Calibogue Sound and the surrounding marshes on this guided kayak tour with H2O Sports, taking in the natural scenery of Hilton Head Island from a fresh vantage point on the water. As you paddle, your guide narrates the surroundings and answers any questions, and you'll keep an eye out for the local wildlife—it's not uncommon to see dolphins swimming close by, along with herons, bald eagles, otters, sea turtles, and the occasional manatee. When the tide is high, you can paddle through the nearby marsh.

No experience is necessary, and the tour is suitable for adults and children alike. Single and double kayaks are available, all comfortable, stable, and easy to paddle, and everything you need is provided—including a paddle clinic before every tour. Experienced guides, basic instruction if you need it, and all necessary safety equipment are included.

You'll meet at the H2O Sports booth, located next to the lighthouse and departure dock at the start of the Harbour Town Pier. Groups run up to 14 passengers, and private tours are available—call for details.
