H2O Sports runs boat tours, rentals, and water activities out of Harbour Town Pier inside The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island. Their lineup covers a lot of ground on the water — dolphin tours at sunset and throughout the day, guided kayak and paddleboard tours, alligator and wildlife tours, a water taxi to Daufuskie Island, and rides like the Banana Boat and Sail Sumo. For those who prefer to set their own pace, pontoon and center-console rentals are available as well.

To reach them, plan for a $10 gate fee per car entering Sea Pines from outside the resort. Parking near Harbour Town can fill up quickly, so arriving with extra time helps. A seasonal trolley and valet service are both available during the busy summer months. Look for the H2O Sports reservation booth at the start of the Harbour Town Pier.
