WHALE ENCOUNTERS!

During the months of December through April the Humpback whales from Alaska migrate to Hawaii's warm waters to give birth to their young. North Shore Whale Encounters takes you on a 2 hour journey to witness these majestic mammals which can be found just outside of the harbor. Watch them breach and flap their tails and if they come close enough, maybe hear them sing too.

TURTLE ENCOUNTERS!

Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles are always found in Hawaii's waters but when the winter swells and rough waters subside, they can be found more frequently on the shorelines or just a few feet offshore. During the months of May through September, North Shore Turtle Encounters offers the most unique, 2 hour turtle experience on the north shore. Once we find them and if weather permits, we'll supply you with a mask and snorkel and let you wander into the shallows to swim alongside these animals in their natural habitat, no fins needed.
