What to Expect
Experience an up-close shark encounter off Oahu’s North Shore aboard custom aluminum boats, including a 36-foot and 42-foot vessel with cushioned seating and canopy shade. After an informative safety briefing and a short history of local sharks, you’ll travel three to four miles offshore to a moored cage in clear cobalt-blue water. Masks and snorkels are provided and the tour offers exceptional visibility to watch Galapagos, sandbar and occasional tiger sharks as they approach the cage.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY:
nOUTSIDE 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT: You may cancel or make changes to your event (shark tour or transportation) up to 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled event. You must notify us directly by phone at 808-228-5900 at least 24 hours (not calendar day) before your event start time to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation without charge. This includes changes to passenger count, transportation, tour start time, or tour date. If we do not answer please leave a detailed message of booking name, tour date, and time. DO NOT send an email since we cannot guarantee a timely response. **(GROUPS of 10 or more and PRIVATE CHARTER bookings require a 7 calendar day advance notice).
nWITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT: No further changes to your reservation are allowed (except adding to the passenger count upon availability). If you miss your scheduled tour, no refunds will be given and a rescheduling fee of $43 plus tax, per person will apply to accommodate you on an available alternate shark tour. FOR THOSE WHO BOOKED OUR VAN TRANSPORTATION TO THE HARBOR, THIS COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN IN FULL TO RESCHEDULE THE ACTIVITY WITH TRANSPORTATION.
nON THE DAY OF SERVICE: At times we may have to cancel your tour due to rough ocean conditions, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances on the day of service and with short notice. If this happens we will try to reschedule you to an alternate shark tour date/time at no charge however YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRANSPORTATION PORTION OF THE TOUR AGAIN IF YOU HAD THIS OPTION. If a suitable alternate time is NOT available, a refund for the SHARK TOUR ONLY will be issued, HOWEVER WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND THE TRANSPORTATION PORTION OF THE TOUR.
nVAN TRANSPORTATION MINIMUM OCCUPANCY: If you book van transportation through us we have a transportation minimum capacity quota and if this is not met, we reserve the right to cancel your transportation service. You will be given notice of this occurrence 24 hours prior to the event start time and will have to find alternate transportation to Haleiwa boat harbor.
nWE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS FOR AIRLINE TICKETS,, CAR RENTALS, THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTATION,, TAXI, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS WHICH MAY INCUR DUE TO TOUR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES.
