What to Expect

Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary’s Wild Encounters let you meet a keeper and spend a focused 30 minutes with your choice of animal—black bears, lemurs, kinkajous, raccoons, black vultures, or lynx/serval. You’ll observe species-specific enrichment and training while keepers explain behaviors and care. Guests may photograph the experience. Animals decide whether to participate, and encounters do not include direct touching. Encounters run Friday–Sunday at 2 PM.
