What to Expect

Duration:

3-4 hours

Join Emmy-nominated cinematographer and photographer Griffin Kerwin for a private night sky photography experience beneath the dark skies of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park.

With more than a decade of experience capturing action sports, landscapes, and time-lapse photography around the world, Griffin specializes in revealing what the human eye can often miss after dark. From the Milky Way rising over the Tetons to a rare appearance of the Aurora Borealis and the movement of the stars around the North Star, his work combines patience, precision, and a deep appreciation for the wild landscapes of the American West.

During your tour, Griffin will guide you through the techniques and camera settings needed to photograph the night sky and surrounding landscape. Your experience will be tailored to the conditions that evening, whether that means capturing the Milky Way, photographing a moonlit landscape, or exploring other features of the night sky.

The program includes pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or private residence.

Griffin will bring his own photography equipment, but we encourage you to bring your own camera and gear so you can learn with the equipment you’ll continue using after the tour.
