Acknowledgement of Park Fees: I acknowledge that park fees are an additional cost to the tour. I will either pay for park entrance at the gates to the national parks or bring an annual pass to provide entrance into the parks.
Child Safety Seat Acknowledgement: I certify that all children in my group under the age of nine years old will have a safety seat of appropriate size. If they do not at the time of the tour, there will be no refund, and the child will not be allowed to participate.
Auto-Gratuity Policy: All tour groups of 7 guests or more, both public and private, are subject to a 20% auto-gratuity that will be collected upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be provided in full for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity. However, cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity or instances of non-attendance will not warrant a refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, it is imperative to acknowledge that leaving a voicemail or sending an email does not serve as confirmation of cancellation.
