What to Expect

Private Snowmobile Experience!

Rates -

Includes lunch after your tour at Turpin Meadow Ranch and transportation to/from the Jackson Hole area. (Lunch prior to December 21st and after March 15th will be made-to-order sandwiches from a local deli in Jackson or at a restaurant in Jackson Hole after the tour)

Duration

Total time from pick up to drop off is approximately 7 hours, with 2 hours riding time. The rest of the time is travel time and eating lunch.

About

This tour is designed for the first time snowmobiler to a seasoned snowmobiler. Your guide will take the extra time to help explain and ensure your safety if you are a first time snowmobiler. This tour will average about 2 hours on the snowmobile. Your guide will map out an experience that is tailored to your groups skill level to get you hooked and expand your snowmobiling skills.

  • Dress for being outside (synthetic layers are best!)

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation happens 48 hours or more prior to trip departure or start time. Inside the 48 hour cancellation period, 100% is due and is non-refundable. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Damage

If you happen to crash or cause ANY damage to your snowmobile rental/rental gear, the credit card on file will be charged the following deductibles (depending on the sled type & which damage waiver you purchased):

Standard Damage Waiver
n- Deductible: $1,000 Trail Sled (Ski-Doo Grand Touring or similar)
n- Deductible: $2,000 Powder Sled (Ski-Doo Summit or Crossover)

Deluxe Damage Waiver
n- Deductible $500 Trail Sled (Ski-Doo Grand Touring or Similar)
n- Deductible $1,000 Powder Sled (Ski-Doo Summit or Crossover)

If damage is less than the deductible, you will be refunded the difference.

If the damage waiver is not elected, there may be a $2,000 hold on the credit card on file. Once damage is assessed you will be held financially responsible to pay for the full damage in the event of the collision as well as damage to any other snowmobiles involved in the collision.

Please note the turnaround time for assessing damage is 24 to 48 hours
