Duration

Total time is 8 hours from pick up to drop off and 6 to 4 hours on the trails. Time on trails vary due to what you are wanting from the trip. Also, lunch will take up at least an hour.

About

This trip is designed for everyone from beginners and families to seasoned snowmobilers. Your guide will take you through the beautiful Bridger-Teton National Forest on some of the 600+ miles of groomed trails. We will stop for lunch at Brooks Lake lodge, a remote lodge & restaurant, which you can only get there in the winter by snowmobile or snowcoach. Your guide will make sure to communicate with you the day of to see what you are wanting to experiences on the tour.

  • Full faced helmet (can use goggles or sunglasses under the shield)

  • Lunch (Lunch prior to December 21st and after March 15th will be made-to-order sandwiches from Creekside Deli (or similar) in Jackson Hole)

  • Layers - Dress for being outside (synthetic layers are best!)

If your party is larger than 10 people, or over 6 drivers total, please call us to book.

If any passengers are between the ages of 6 to 9 years old, please choose a private tour for the best experience.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation happens 48 hours or more prior to trip departure or start time. Inside the 48 hour cancellation period, 100% is due and is non-refundable. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Damage

If you happen to crash or cause ANY damage to your snowmobile rental/rental gear, the credit card on file will be charged the following deductibles (depending on the sled type & which damage waiver you purchased):

Standard Damage Waiver
- Deductible: $1,000 Trail Sled (Ski-Doo Grand Touring or similar)
- Deductible: $2,000 Powder Sled (Ski-Doo Summit or Crossover)

Deluxe Damage Waiver
- Deductible $500 Trail Sled (Ski-Doo Grand Touring or Similar)
- Deductible $1,000 Powder Sled (Ski-Doo Summit or Crossover)

If damage is less than the deductible, you will be refunded the difference.

If the damage waiver is not elected, there may be a $2,000 hold on the credit card on file. Once damage is assessed you will be held financially responsible to pay for the full damage in the event of the collision as well as damage to any other snowmobiles involved in the collision.

Please note the turnaround time for assessing damage is 24 to 48 hours
