Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking with 7 days notice of cancellation.
Contact us by messaging, texting, or email to cancel. No-shows will be charged the full price. We go out rain or shine.
Moreover, late returns on vehicles will be charged as such:
- 10min-1hr Late on Return: $100
- $100/hour beyond beyond 1hr
- If your late return interferes with another renter's rental you will be charged their rental
price.
