What to Expect

Iceberg Sessions are peer-to-peer sauna gatherings designed to help men practice vulnerability in a warm, inclusive environment. Facilitated but non-hierarchical, each session focuses on a topic and invites voluntary sharing, reflection, and connection across multiple hot-room rounds and outdoor breaks. The experience emphasizes safety, respect, and gradual connection rather than formal therapy, welcoming drop-in attendance and offering a ritual to acknowledge growth and community at the conclusion.

Facilitated peer-led group session
Access to the geodesic dome sauna and outdoor air breaks
Host check-in and guidance during the session

Restrictions

  • No phones in the sauna
  • Sit on a towel while in the sauna
  • No body lotions or oils on skin before the session
  • No food in the sauna
  • Do not consume alcohol before the session; visibly intoxicated guests will be asked to reschedule
  • Close the sauna door fully after entering
  • Exit immediately if you feel nauseous, lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell
  • Stay home and reschedule if experiencing cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, congestion, body aches, headache, or new loss of taste or smell

Sauna & Eyewear

For your safety and to protect your eyewear, we recommend removing glasses before entering the sauna whenever possible. Prolonged exposure to high heat and steam may damage or cause delamination of certain lens coatings, including anti-reflective, scratch-resistant, and blue-light coatings. Frames and lenses can also become very hot. If you need corrective lenses to safely navigate the space, please use your best judgment and take appropriate precautions.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a reservation will receive a refund.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a reservation will not be refunded.
