What to Expect
Step into a staff-supported communal sauna experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Our wood-fired saunas use premium kiln-dried hardwoods to deliver clean, consistent heat for a deep, restorative sweat. Each session follows a natural thermic cycle—heat, cool, rest—encouraging both physical recovery and mental clarity.
Whether you’re new to sauna or a seasoned bather, this experience is welcoming, social, and deeply grounding. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, connection with others, and the simple joy of moving between hot and cold in a beautiful outdoor setting.
