What to Expect
Shortly after you make your reservation (we manually enter you into the system), you'll receive an email from MasterLock.
You'll download the Masterlock Enterprise app from the email you receive. It has the username and password for you to use.
When you get to the site, click the front of the padlock that is locking the equipment, to wake up the lock. On your phone app, unlock the highlighted lock, then pull the padlock open to access your equipment.
Please make sure you're back on time and return the equipment and lock it back up.
An hour is a very short time. It'll probably take 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after you're on the water to get everything ready. We recommend 2 hour reservations, but 1 hour slots were requested often, so we are giving the people what they asked for :)
