Faithful Hands' Farm Tour
90 Minutes • All Ages Welcome • March 2 - October 31
What to Expect
Join us for a 90-minute guided walking tour of Faithful Hands Farm, a historic 116-acre working farm near Mt. Rainier and just minutes from Northwest Trek. Located on the former site of Faith Dairy, this family-friendly farm offers stunning Mt. Rainier views and a hands-on look at modern homestead farming. While the property is expansive, most activity takes place on an active five-acre homestead where guests of all ages can learn how a working farm operates.
Visitors will experience animals raised for food and farm sustainability, along with seasonal fruits, berries, vegetables, flowers, and herbs grown on the property. Depending on the time of year, guests may tour the greenhouse, see gardens in production, collect eggs, milk goats, feed animals, sample crops, or witness baby animals being born. Faithful Hands Farm is home to cows, sheep, goats, alpacas, pigs, livestock guardian dogs, bees, turkeys, ducks, geese, and chickens, all thoughtfully cared for as part of the farm’s ecosystem.
Tours are led by an experienced farmer and educator with the Washington State Fair Traveling Farm. As you walk pasture to pasture, you’ll learn the care and purpose of each animal, ask questions, and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities. Because this is a working farm, every visit is unique. Come learn where your food comes from and enjoy an unforgettable farm tour with breathtaking Mt. Rainier views.
