West Seattle Electric Bike Tour – waterfront ride, water-taxi crossing & Alki Beach exploration
Meet up at our location to grab your standard bike helmet and complementary water. Escape the bustle of the city as we bike the waterfront to the ferry terminal and catch the boat to West Seattle. The water taxi offers some of the best cityscape views and a unique way to reach Alki Beach. We stop at the Duwamish River on our way back to the city in search of salmon, sea lions and great blue herons while learning about the native people that once lived here. Secret parks, amazing city-scape views, the "birthplace" of Seattle, the Alki Point Light House and the water taxi are part of this excursion. Meet up at the Vine St Storage and grab your standard or electric bike. Your guide leads you on the brand-new waterfront bike trail to the ferry boat over to West Seattle. The water taxi offers outstanding cityscape views and a distinctive route to Alki Beach. We stop at the Duwamish River on the return ride while learning about local history past and present.
