Sound Bath with Cats
Ages 13+ • Meowditate in Purrfect Harmony
What to Expect
A sound bath with cats is a peaceful experience designed to help you slow down, relax, and reconnect. Soothing sounds from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments fill the room while the calming presence and gentle purrs of the cats add an extra layer of comfort. Together, the sound vibrations and feline companionship can help ease stress, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.
Sound Bath provided by Josie Reiki Master, Sound Healer & Yoga Teacher
