What to Expect
Feel strong, energized, and pawsitively uplifted with Purrlates at the cat café. This playful, low-impact Pilates class combines core-strengthening exercises, balance work, stretching, and mindful movement—all while our curious resident cats wander, play, and occasionally join you on your mat.
Purrlates is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body in a fun and welcoming environment. No previous Pilates experience is required, and mats are provided. Just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to move, laugh, and enjoy some quality cat time.
PLEASE NOTE
- Cats sleep for at least 12-16 hours a day so please be understanding if they seem sleepy during your visit!
PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
- There is an age limit to this booking of ages 13 and up. Children under 13 DO NOT get in for free and are not permitted in the lounge during Purrlates. If you book for a child under 13, you will be denied entry without refund.
