Cancellation Policy
Because our tours are small, limited in capacity, and often sell out, last-minute cancellations directly impact our financial ability to care for our animals AND offer those spots to guests on our waitlist.
n• More than 48 hours before your scheduled tour:
nYou may receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge - this policy is same as always.
n• Between 48 and 24 hours before your tour:
nYour booking becomes non-refundable. You may still reschedule your tour, but a 20% rescheduling fee per reservation will apply.
n• Within 24 hours of your tour or no-shows (including if we call you to see if you are running late):
nThese are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
n• Rescheduling time limit:
nAll rescheduled tours must be booked and used within six (6) months of the original tour date. After six months, the booking will be forfeited and considered a donation to ROAM.
nThis policy helps us:
n• Protect opportunities for our waitlisted guests
n• Ensure continued care for our wolfdogs
n• Respect the time and preparation it takes required for each tour
n• Continue to operate our small nonprofit sustainably
