What to Expect

Escape into the serene beauty of the mountains on this unforgettable 4–5 hour guided experience. Start your journey kayaking across a pristine alpine lake, surrounded by rugged peaks and forested shores. You’ll spend 1.5–2 hours casting lines from kayaks and scenic shoreline spots, with all fishing gear provided — including poles, lures, bandanas, and fish ropes.

After the peaceful fishing session, enjoy a gentle nature trail walk around the lake before heading up to a historic fire lookout. The short, easy hike brings you to a breathtaking 360° view — the perfect place to witness a vibrant mountain sunset.

Along the way, you'll have guaranteed loon sightings and the chance to hear their haunting songs echoing across the water. Wildlife encounters are highly likely, with possible views of moose, deer, elk, cows, or even black bear.
