What to Expect

Want to start your ride in downtown Port Angeles on the Olympic Discovery Trail?

Skip the hassle and have our experienced team transport the eBikes to & from the trailhead for you.

Please note, the transport is for eBikes only.

eBike transport must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Includes

Transport of Ebikes you rented from us to the Port Angeles downtown waterfront on the ODT, and back.

Our transport service rates cover the extra time and coordination beyond the rental itself, including round-trip driving for drop-off and pick-up, loading, fuel, and scheduling outside normal rental hours. These costs don’t apply if you pick up the bikes yourself.

Note: Rental time starts at the trailhead—transport time does not count against your ride.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is a non-refundable $25 reservation fee per booking. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation, minus a cancellation fee of $25. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full balance of the rental.
