Tera Race Team

The Summer Tera Team is tailored for up to six young sailors eager to enhance their skills and confidence in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. With a primary focus on around-the-buoy racing and performance sailing, the program also includes participation in regattas over the summer. Modeled after successful ‘green fleet’ youth sailing programs across the country, the Tera Sailing Program helps bridge the gap between beginner lessons and a lifelong passion for sailing. Sailors will strengthen their foundational seamanship and sailing skills, build independence, and develop a healthy approach to recreational competition.

Designed for sailors weighing between 65-120 pounds for optimal boat handling, this program is ideal for those who have “graduated” from summer learn-to-sail camps.

We do not want cost to be a barrier from participation, our scholarship program can be found here.
