Bringing the iconic charm of Whitlow's to the Potomac, this vibrant floating bar is the perfect venue for birthdays, bachelorettes, company happy hours, and everything in between — all with DC's most iconic sights as your backdrop.

Drinks
After your complimentary welcome drink, start a tab or upgrade to our All-Inclusive Drink Package for $25/person + tax.
Packages are paid on the boat via POS on the day of your cruise. This is not a BYOB cruise — no outside beverages permitted.

Cancellation Policy
15 days or more prior to cruise date:
- You are eligible for a full refund less processing fees, including your deposit.
- Alternatively, you may transfer your deposit and payments to a new available cruise date.
8–14 days prior to cruise date:
- Deposits and payments are non-transferable within this window.
- If you choose to cancel a cruise during this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund less the deposit and processing fees
7 days or fewer prior to cruise date:
- No refunds or transfers are available.
Refund and transfer eligibility applies to the full booking total, including any additional passengers added after the initial deposit.
Weather Policy
- The tiki rooftop covers the entire boat, so we operate rain or shine. We also have retractable isinglass panels that can fully or partially enclose the boat as needed to ensure that you and your group stay comfortable and dry. We will only cancel for severe weather conditions such as severe thunderstorms, extremely high winds, abnormally strong currents, or any other effect from such weather that would jeopardize safety. Weather radar changes constantly (you may have noticed that weather reporters are often wrong), so we track weather constantly and have to make the safest decision for all passengers even if forecasts change right before the cruise is set to take place.
- If WE have to cancel due to weather, you will be provided a gift voucher for the full amount of your cruise that is redeemable at any future date. If that option doesn’t work for your party, we will work with you on a refund.
Unforeseen Events Policy
- If an unforeseen circumstance such as a mechanical failure of the vessel, medical emergency amongst the crew, issue at the marina, or any other extenuating circumstance that forces Sea Suite Cruises to cancel your cruise arises, you will be given the option to either receive a gift voucher for any other future date or a full refund.
Intoxication Policy
- Passengers who appear to be intoxicated, under the influence of a drug or substance that impairs their judgment, or are exhibiting lewd behavior will not be permitted to board and will not receive a refund. The safety of all of our passengers and staff is our number one priority so we take this very seriously and appreciate your understanding.
