What to Expect
Welcome aboard Potomac Tiki Club, DC’s first tiki boat bar cruising along the scenic Potomac River. Departing from the heart of Georgetown, this private floating bar is the perfect setting for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate outings, or a fun day with friends.
Our tiki boat accommodates groups of 8 to 18 guests. Reserve for 8 now and add more passengers anytime before your cruise. Fewer than 8 guests are welcome, but the minimum booking rate is based on 8.
Each charter includes a licensed captain, a friendly deckhand/bartender, Bluetooth speakers for your favorite playlists, and a private onboard restroom for comfort and convenience. Guests may purchase drinks from our onboard bar or upgrade to our All-Inclusive package, which covers all beverages during your cruise. Passengers are welcome to bring their own food, making it easy to customize the experience with takeout, catering, or your favorite snacks. Wine and champagne are permitted with an $8 uncorking fee per bottle.

A Captain, a deckhand/bartender, bluetooth speakers, and an on-board bathroom! If you choose to purchase All-Inclusive tickets, all beverages from our onboard bar will also be included.
Restrictions
Unfortunately the dock in Georgetown is a fixed dock, not a floating dock, so accessibility to the boat can vary based on the tides. For lower tides, we have stairs to make for a smooth boarding, but the Georgetown location is not well suited for those with limited mobility.
Any person deemed by the crew to be inebriated prior to departure will not be permitted to board, and they will not receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy
15 days or more prior to cruise date:
- You are eligible for a full refund less processing fees, including your deposit.
- Alternatively, you may transfer your deposit and payments to a new available cruise date.
8–14 days prior to cruise date:
- Deposits and payments are non-transferable within this window.
- If you choose to cancel a cruise during this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund less the deposit and processing fees
7 days or fewer prior to cruise date:
- No refunds or transfers are available.
Refund and transfer eligibility applies to the full booking total, including any additional passengers added after the initial deposit.
Weather Policy
- The tiki top covers the bar area, so we operate rain or shine. We will only cancel if conditions become dangerous, e.g. high winds, severe thunderstorms, abnormally strong currents, or any other effect from such weather that would jeopardize safety. Weather radar changes constantly (you may have noticed that weather reporters are often wrong), so we have to make the safest decision for all passengers even if it changes right before the cruise is set to take place.
- If WE have to cancel due to weather, you will be provided a gift voucher for the full amount of your cruise that is redeemable at any future date. If you purchase Trip Protection, you will also be given the option to instead opt for a full refund less the amount paid for Trip Protection.
Unforeseen Events Policy
- If an unforeseen circumstance such as a mechanical failure of the vessel, medical emergency amongst the crew, issue at the marina, or any other extenuating circumstance that forces Sea Suite Cruises to cancel your cruise arises, you will be given the option to either receive a gift voucher for any other future date or a full refund.
