Cancellation Policy

Tours run rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather. If a tour is canceled due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible via email, phone, and text, and will receive a full refund.

All tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please note that cruises require a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified at least 12 hours in advance and issued a full refund.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled date and time, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future tour, subject to availability. A $5 per ticket rebooking fee applies.
