If your cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation, you will receive a full refund or credit.
nIf your cancellation is between 4-48 hours in advance of your reservation, you will receive a gift card for a future booking.
nIf cancelling within 4 hours of the rental or no showing, no credit or refund will be given.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
