On the monument tour you'll experience the iconic DC monuments, Kennedy Center and Georgetown Waterfront from the Potomac! Come for the tour, stay for the music!
Start your Friday evening on the water with a guided Monument Kayak Tour launching from Key Bridge Boathouse, followed by live music and drinks back at the boathouse after your paddle. This special Friday tour pairs iconic D.C. monument views with a relaxed, social atmosphere that makes for a fun and easy way to start the weekend.
After a brief paddling demonstration and safety overview, you will head out on a guided kayak tour led by knowledgeable staff. Launching from Key Bridge puts you quickly onto open water with beautiful views right from the start.
During the tour, you will paddle past Theodore Roosevelt Island, glide by the Watergate complex, and take in stunning views of the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and Kennedy Center. As the sun lowers in the sky, the evening light creates an especially memorable backdrop for photos from the water.
After returning to shore, enjoy live music and drinks available for purchase at Key Bridge Boathouse. Relax, refuel, and spend time with friends as you relax and kick off your weekend
