About

Nothing will help you out more on your cooking journey than better knife skills. Learning proper technique will help you be safer and more confident in the kitchen. In this class we will focus on the proper techniques for holding a knife, slicing, and dicing and overall improving your kitchen skills. We will discuss different types of knives and their uses, as well as other kitchen tools that help in prep.
