Join us for an evening of Rustic Italian Flavors.

Everyone should know how to properly roast and carve a chicken(it's easier than you think), and nothing elevates a simple roasted chicken like truffles! Learn how to season, cook, and carve a while chicken, then how to take it to the next level with Truffles. You will learn about the types of truffles and truffles products and how to source and use them. Farro is a Kitchen Classroom favorite(if not well known grain) that is simple to prepare and delightful served warm as well as in cold salads. Bruschetta is can be more than just tomatoes on toast and creamy white beans paired with Sun Dried tomatoes is a grear option, any time of year. Zabayon is an easy and elegant dessert, whether served with fresh fruit or mixed into Tiramisu, we will serve it with simply prepared seasonal fruit and crushed Italian cookies.

Two drinks(wine/beer) are included with the class.
