Pavillion East

General Rules:

-Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors; please use designated outdoor areas only.

-Illegal drugs and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

-Guests under 21 must be supervised at all times.

-We only accept credit/debit or contactless payments.

-The host is responsible for any loss or damage to the property.

Event policies:

-Setup may begin no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your event.

-Event spaces must be left clean and vacated on time.

-A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left dirty or if departure is delayed.

-A $250 damage fee applies for broken or damaged items.

-All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event.

-Glitter, confetti, sidewalk chalk, and duct tape are not permitted. If used, a $250 per hour cleanup fee will apply.

-Tablecloths and additional tables are not provided.

-Wax candles are permitted only if fully enclosed in votives.

-Items requiring ladders, nails, staples, or permanent fixtures are not allowed.

-Events must conclude at the scheduled end time or at close of business, whichever comes first.

Food & Beverage Policy:

-Homemade food is not permitted.

-Food must be sourced from a restaurant, grocery store, food service provider, or licensed caterer.

-The Farm Brewery at Broad Run & Affiliates do not provide utensils, paper goods, setup, or cleanup services.

-All beverages—including water, juice, and soda—must be purchased through The Farm Brewery at Broad Run. See our menu for current offerings.

-Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. If found, the event will end immediately, and full payment will be due.

-The $750 bar minimum applies to beverages only and may not be applied toward food purchases.

Technology:

-Pavilion is not responsible for technical difficulties.

-Clients are responsible for bringing, testing, and operating any slideshows, playlists, or A/V equipment.

Guest Limits:

-Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced for safety.

-Our Brewery team reserves the right to deny service to any guests who appear to be under the influence.

Legal Agreement:

By signing the waiver sent to the email used at check out, you agree to comply with all policies, accept responsibility for your guests, and indemnify the Pavilion and its affiliates from any damages or injuries incurred during the event.

Waivers MUST be signed before the event date.
