What to Expect
Tickets to Luray Caverns can only be picked up at our office. So, it is best to plan to go on your river trip first. If you're in the area for multiple days, feel free to pick up your tickets at any time.
When you arrive, you can unload your cooler near the office, then we ask you to move your car to our larger parking lot past the campground.
Please do not take anything on the river you would hate to lose. We can keep your keys at the office- locksmiths are hard to come by.
Check in at the office or pavilion, (we need to know your here!) You'll receive a map at check in which you'll need in order to get a driver afterwards. We will explain the trip, give you basic information and answer any questions you may have.
We hope you have filled out your waivers but if not, we have them here.
Grab a life jacket, watch the safety video and board the bus.

- For trips that include a meal package, cancellations must be made at least 7 days (one week) in advance to receive a full refund. n
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip start time (or less than 7 days for meal package trips) are non-refundable. n
- No-shows will not be refunded. n
- We recommend purchasing trip protection to protect your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. n
