What to Expect
Tickets to Luray Caverns can only be picked up at our office. So, it is best to plan to go on your river trip first. If you're in the area for multiple days, feel free to pick up your tickets at any time.
You are receiving a discount for doing this trip at a specific shuttle time only. We will not honor this price at any other time.
When you arrive at the office DO NOT park your car way out back... because you will actually be moving it to a public boat landing 1/2 mile from the Outfitters.
Check in at the office at 11:00 am. The trip departs at 11:30 am. This allows you 30 minutes to get ready to go on your trip.
You will be assigned a shuttle vehicle that you will follow in your car to the river. Load your things in our vehicle, get driven to the start of your trip... float back to your car.
*We require a $20 deposit on this trip to ensure that you come to the office and let us know your off the river.
Bring a safe option for your keys, since you can't leave them at the office.

- For trips that include a meal package, cancellations must be made at least 7 days (one week) in advance to receive a full refund. n
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip start time (or less than 7 days for meal package trips) are non-refundable. n
- No-shows will not be refunded. n
