What to Expect

Cedar Island is a great place to spend a night aboard, anchored just off the Chesapeake Bay next to a sandy beach. During your trip, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including weather forecasting, route planning, sailing, navigation and anchoring. We will discuss what makes a good anchorage as well as how to manage any challenges that may arise throughout the trip. You will spend the evening aboard.

Trips canceled due to named storms or otherwise extreme weather will be rescheduled or fully refunded. We offer free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. After that period, cancellations for any reason will forfeit a 50% deposit.
