What to Expect
Under Virginia law, ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is critical in food service and RVA Food Safety stands ready to help. Our Northside Richmond, VA classroom is conveniently located for all of Central Virginia, including Petersburg, Fredericksburg, Williamsburg and Charlottesville.
In selecting a class date, it is highly recommended that students allow time to both receive their mailed materials and to study the ServSafe Manager textbook thoroughly before class. Class focus will mainly be on reviewing the material's major concepts, but any detail in the book is fair game for the exam, so studying ahead is important
Students enrolling within 7 business days of class will need to pick their study materials up in our office, as there won't be time to mail them at that point.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollees may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund (less any applicable book fees) but must cancel at least 7 days prior to their original start time for class. Students may transfer to a different session, but may do, so one time only. Transfers are not accepted within 48 hours of the start time for class or later. Students who do not attend their scheduled class will not receive a refund or transfer. However, students missing class due to a last-minute illness or emergency may receive a one-time transfer with verification such as a physician’s letter. Last-minute transfers are at the discretion of RVA Food Safety and are not guaranteed.
