What to Expect

The Custom Private Sauna Session is for a day, time or season in which our saunas are not in their typical operations. This could be any time of year.

We help you create a magical sauna experience for groups as small as 2 or as large as 46 people. (Our hot room capacity is 23 people at a time, and by rotating through, a larger group can be accommodated.)

Because these sessions are one-off, we allow more time in the sauna but also have to charge more to accommodate the warm-up, set-up and clean-up needed for the one session. Groups have up to 2.5 hours (vs the typical 90 minutes) to enjoy themselves. We also include cold tubs upon request, without additional charge.

We can use single or multiple sauna configurations to provide a great experience for the group size.

Pricing is as Follows:

Up to 13 participants: $550
Up to 23 participants: $850
Up to 46 participants: $1,100

We are pleased to bring this experience to our community.....a traditional, wood-fired, Finnish-inspired sauna (pronounced sow-na).

When you arrive for your sauna experience a staff member will orient your group to use of the sauna and answer any questions at the outset. Then your group will be free to enjoy the sauna session independently.

Typically one will spend from 10-15 minutes in the hot room, then cool down by sitting outside, plunging in the river, or taking a quick cold rinse with the bucket shower. (A cold-water tub can be reserved as a separate amenity for your group as well) After this, a rest period is recommended either outside or in the lounge area before heading back into the hot room. These rounds are often repeated a few times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can make it challenging to keep a small business going. To balance flexibility with the need to make efficient use of our facility, we offer the following Cancellation Policy for Private Sauna Sessions.
nChanges or cancellations can be made up 72 hours prior for credit or refund to be issued. Please do not request a refund or credit if you are cancelling or changing your reservation after the 72 hour mark.
nYou can change or cancel your reservation at any time online using the links above up to 72 hours before your reserved session. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour window, it is helpful if you let us know by replying to this email or calling us at (434) 218-2052.
