Private Hourly Transportation with the freedom to select your own itinerary- you decide where you want to go and how long you visit each destination.
Details
-The bus is reserved for only your group.
- Each bus can hold a maximum of 14 passengers.
- Snacks, water, charging stations, WIFI, and safe transportation are INCLUDED.
- Tastings, real food, driver gratuity, or anything else you might want is NOT INCLUDED.
- Reservations for group tastings should be planned with each destination and are NOT INCLUDED
- Please no pets, but if you really want to have them, additional fees apply.
- Bodily Fluid clean up fee is $350 and any additional fees incurred for cleaning and/or repairs; help us help you avoid this unnecessary charge.
- On the next page, your destinations selected aren't binding, but help us get a head start on your itinerary.
- A 25% deposit to reserve the bus is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 30 days prior to the date of service. Bookings made less than 30 days from service date will have final balance auto processed after booking is complete and itinerary finalized.
- Driver gratuity can be added to your final payment or given directly to your driver. Industry average is 18%-20% and is greatly appreciated.
- Group names should be really clever, funny, or perplexing.
More Details
-You pick the start time and can book for up to 10 hours within a 24-hour period.
- Complimentary start time at pick up if within the city limits of Cville. If outside the city limits, tour times begin when the bus departs Cville for pickup.
- Tour times end when we drop you off if within the city limits. If outside the city limits, then tour times end when the bus returns to Cville.
- Bus drive time TO AND FROM your pickup location and Charlottesville MUST be included within your rental time for pickup/drop-off outside the city limits of Cville. Please note, just because the address reads Charlottesville does not mean it is located within the city limits - Cville encompasses a very large area with only a small portion actually within the city limits.
- We do NOT pickup anywhere on Wintergreen Mountain. Guests staying in Wintergreen will need to meet the bus at Devils Backbone Basecamp not far from the base of Wintergreen Mountain. We recommend making reservations and enjoying a great dinner on your own at Devils Backbone following your tour and drop-off.
- You can extend your time the day of if more time is desired (as long as guests are not or do not appear intoxicated for beverage tours). Please note, some destinations may not accept buses or large groups day-of without prior approval and/or reservations, so stops at some locations may not be available to add on the day of your tour.
- We can add stops that aren't on the list.
- There is not a bathroom on the bus.
- You can play your own music - we actually encourage a member of your group to be DJ for the day (your DJ will connect their phone via BlueTooth to the bus radio/tablet and control the tunes directly through your own device).
- We reserve the right to cut short any tour if things get out of hand and you'll be responsible for the minimum number of hours. If a member of your group is or appears intoxicated, we can not take you to another destination. Drivers reserve the right to determine this and end a tour.
- Fun is preferred over not fun.
Pricing
- Weekday (Monday-Thursday)- $120/hr & 5-hr minimum;
- Weekend (Friday-Sunday)- $140/hr & 5-hr minimum;
Time overages and any fees incurred during a tour will be billed and processed upon completion of services. Bus rentals are billed in 1-hour increments only.
Cancellation Policy
Buses cancelled 30+ days prior to date of service will receive a full refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Any bus cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of service will only receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
Rescheduling/Rebooking
One rebooking/rescheduling will be allowed if requested 30+ days prior to date of service. Reschedule date must be within one year of original service date and subject to bus availability on new date requested. Deposit becomes non-refundable once a bus is rebooked/rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 14 days from the date of your scheduled reservation will be eligible for a full refund of deposit. Within those 14 days prior to your booking, any cancellations or rescheduling will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
