We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your cruise. If that happens, please give us a call at least 7 days before your scheduled tour and we will gladly refund your money.
If you cancel later than that, do not worry, you will still get a voucher for a future tour. You will also get a voucher for a future tour if we must cancel your cruise due to severe weather or other unexpected events.
Please note that if you do not show up for your cruise, you will be charged the full price.
