Cancellation Policy

If you declined optional Travel Protection, cancellation requests within 48 hours of departure for any reason outside of Epic 4X4 Adventures control, are not refundable and payment in full will be charged to your credit card on reservation. This includes illness or injury, travel delays including air travel interruptions, weather or other emergencies. Requests for rescheduling your reservation or reducing the number of vehicles or seats will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to 48 hour cancellation policy.

If you purchased optional travel protection, cancellation or change requests will be honored up to 4 hours before tour start time for any reason. Inside 4 hours, all fees are due. 

48 Hour Cancellation Policy does not apply to Custom Private Tours, Custom Group Tours or reservations made through third party travel agents. You will receive separate cancellation terms in writing from us at the time of booking. 48-Hour cancellation policy does apply to "Make It Private" tours.

If selected, optional Travel Protection is not refundable.

Guests will receive a full refund, including optional Travel Protection if selected, in case of operator cancellation for any reason.
