RATES

• $30 per guided club trip

However, we want this to be accessible to all interested teens. So, instead of payment, kayaking teens may trade for volunteer community service hours picking up garbage from the river while we practice important skills like catching eddies, as part of our organized group. Contact us for more information.

INCLUDES
- Adult Guides and supervision
- Life Jacket
- Paddle
- Raft or sit-on-top inflatable Kayak
- River shuttle service from our Base Camp in Henefer
- 2 - 3 hours of paddling time on whitewater and flatwater sections of the Weber River between Henefer and Morgan.

PREREQUISITES for RAFTING
Minimum age: 8. No prior experience is required. Your child must be interested in participating and be willing to follow guide instructions so we can have fun in a safe environment!

PREREQUISITES for KAYAKING
Minimum age: 12. Your teen must have whitewater river kayaking experience and have their skills checked off by us.

If your teenager does not meet this requirement, but they are interested in gaining experience and developing whitewater navigational skills, then please check out our 6-day River Guide Training Program in mid-June, or consider a private river kayaking lesson from one of our great instructors.

For teens with very little or no river experience, we recommend starting out doing some club trips on a raft, with the guide in control of the boat. Then as we get to know your child, we'll be able to communicate about interest and readiness to start working on kayaking skills.

AGE GROUPS
RAFTING
- Youth ages 8+
- Experience level: first-time beginners up to experienced whitewater paddlers.

KAYAKING
- Teens ages 12+ who meet our requirements for experience and skills check-off.

Sign up for each weekly session that fits your schedule. Payment is required up front to make the reservation. If your plans change, just give us at least 72 hours notice to cancel and that session would be fully refundable.
