Step 4: When you're ready to return, simply text us 5 minutes in advance. We'll come pick you up—no waiting around.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book the excursion.
Solo rider only: Weight restrictions strictly apply. This trip is designed for 1 passenger only — no exceptions.
Safety first: Life jackets are provided and must be worn as directed.

We want everyone to stay safe and have fun. Due to the nature of the ride and boarding process, this excursion is not suitable for pregnant guests or those with limited mobility. We're happy to recommend alternative ways to enjoy the sandbar!

nPlease provide 48 hours notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged full price. In the event of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
nIf any member of your party commits an illegal or potentially dangerous act including carrying or taking drugs during or before an activity, is under the influence of alcohol, persistently disregards the instructions of our guides, or is disruptive or exhibits difficult behavior, we reserve the right to terminate such persons' participation in the activity & there will be no right to any refund.
nI accept and acknowledge that I have read the refund policy, and waive the ability to dispute the amount stated in this booking if I file a claim with my banking institution or credit card company when:
nAFTER services have been rendered by New Seasons Watersports LLC
nBEFORE services have been rendered, in cases where this booking is abandoned (no show), or I fail to cancel the reservation within the time frame listed in the terms and conditions.
