Fit Vibe & Fizzy Zumba Sail

Set sail from WICO Dock aboard a beautiful sailing catamaran for a high-energy morning of movement, music and fun on the water.

In collaboration with Fit Vibe VI and RED Hospitality/Cruz Bay Watersports, your morning begins with a scenic sail through the turquoise waters of St. Thomas toward Water Island. Enjoy refreshing mimosas, cocktails, soft drinks and light bites as you cruise through the Caribbean.

Once at Water Island, head ashore for a lively one-hour Zumba class led by a local Fit Vibe VI instructor, with movement on both the beach and in the water. After class, cool off with a refreshing swim, relax on the beach or simply enjoy the beautiful island surroundings.

Then, climb back aboard and let the trade winds carry you home during a relaxing sail back to WICO Dock. Enjoy additional refreshments, unwind with friends and soak up the views after an energizing morning in paradise.

Meet Your Instructor

Margot McCray Gough brings her passion for fitness, dance and the Virgin Islands together for this special experience. A member of the RED Hospitality team, Margot is a former NBA New Jersey Nets dancer and a certified Zumba, Zumba Gold, yoga and African Dance Revolution instructor. She has performed alongside recording artists, appeared on major broadcast networks and taught fitness and dance at acclaimed resorts around the world.

• 3.5–4 hour sailing experience
• One-hour Zumba class on the beach and in the water
• Scenic sail to Water Island
• Mimosas, cocktails, soft drinks and light bites included
• Water cooler available onboard
• Guests should bring a towel and refillable water bottle
• Sun protection and comfortable swim/fitness attire recommended

• Please note that this vessel is boarded from the beach, and requires walking through knee deep water.
