- Full refunds are made if cancellations are confirmed with 72 hours' notice before the reservation date. n
- Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before departure will forfeit their deposit. n
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged for the full charter fee discussed. n
- Customers will receive a full refund or an opportunity to rebook on an alternate date(s) in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. n
