What to Expect
Explore Austin at your own pace on a Rad Runner e-bike that features easy-to-use throttle or pedal-assist modes, a comfortable bench seat and on-bike storage for a relaxed ride around town. Choose flexible hourly rentals or overnight options; overnight bookings come with a battery key and charger. Step-thru frames without the storage console are available on request. Pickup requires a government-issued ID and a credit card matching the ID to complete the rental.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your e-bike rental reservation up to 72 hours PRIOR to pickup time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missing pickup date/time. If inclement weather is expected during your rental period you can cancel for a refund up to 72 hours prior to pickup time and at our discretion a credit or refunds can be issued for unexpected inclement or severe weather. YourBikerGang.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation if conditions are unsafe to use our equipment or if fraud is suspected and will offer a full refund, reschedule, or credit at our discretion.
