Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations made outside of 72 hours of a workshop will receive an in-studio credit for the amount of their project valid for one calendar year. Inadequate cancellation notice (72 hours or less) or no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Private event deposits are non-refundable due to cancellation of the event or if they do not meet the minimum number of attendance required to make it a private event.
All studios have the right to reschedule guests if a workshop has less than 4 registered guests.
