Overview

The low light course will go over the basics of how to use your firearm in low light conditions. We will use flashlights in many different configurations to better suit you in a low light environment. This class is designed for those that understand firearm safety and have taken our defensive handgun class or higher.

Topics Covered

• Using your gun effectively in low light situations
• Using flashlights
• Building confidence in your weapon platform

Students should bring

• A Pistol or Revolver the can mount or attach a light required
• 2-3 magazines or moon clips/speed strips minimum
• A Sturdy Belt along with a belt mounted holster or duty rig
• Magazine/ammunition pouches
• Handheld flashlight (can be provided for class)
• Weapon mounted light with suitable holster (optional)
• Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning
• Casual, comfortable civilian clothing suitable for training in any weather
• Eyewear, or non-shattering prescription glasses
• Earmuffs or earplugs
