Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
1. If a cancellation is made BEFORE the two week period of the scheduled date, there is $100 cancellation fee.
2. If a cancellation is made WITHIN two weeks of scheduled event, there is no refund available. This is due to the fact that this venue is in very high demand at certain times of the year and to reserve and cancel within two weeks limits the possibility for other groups to enjoy the venue for that given date.
Rescheduling:
In order to reschedule a Picnic Point rental, all requests to do so must be completed within 72 hours of payment. Any rescheduling after this period may be considered a cancellation.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
